We are responsible for:
- Maintaining budget & expenditure control for the College in accordance with University and College Policy and Procedure
- Cash controls and cash services (travel advance, petty cash)
- Assisting the Dean and Department Heads in administering their accounts
- Payroll processing
- Matching Funds tracking and reporting
- Provide resources and training for departmental staff on IBIS and Financial issues
- College grant-in-aid allocation
- IBIS approval paths
- Purchasing card reconciler training
- Support for all Science Departments
