Parking Services
A parking pass will be issued to you by the staff in the college facilities office in 510 Thomas Building Please be aware that parking is in limited supply and that parking restrictions are strictly enforced . For example; even when no students are present on campus faculty and staff are not permitted to park in student lots. Campus parking tickets range from $11.00 to $15.00.

ID Card Services
The Penn State ID card, obtainable at the ID+ Office upon your appointment (see Initiating Your Appointment ), works as an official photo ID (used, for example, when cashing checks), and it permits you to borrow books from the University Libraries, to purchase food and beverages from on-campus dining facilities, to utilize on-campus fitness centers, to participate in programs of the Faculty/Staff Club, and more.
Purchasing Card Information
This link provides information about the Penn State Purchasing Card. The purchasing card is intended to be a controlled, convenient, and efficient means of transacting University business. The purchasing card is a credit card that may be used only for business purchases. Travel expenses are not allowed on the purchasing card with the exception of airfare purchased from the approved sources (see Employee Travel section).
PAYROLL ( Penn State Policy PR02)
You will be paid monthly. Within a few days of arrival you should complete all necessary paperwork for Payroll as well as a direct deposit form. You will receive your pay stub in interoffice mail a few days before the pay date, which is always the last business day of the month. Payroll deadline is typically around the 15th of each month, so if you have any changes to make they should be submitted 2-3 days before this date.
