Department Head

I am the assistant to the Department Head, I also handle all visa matters for international faculty and visitors, and faculty affairs (promotion & tenure, sabbaticals, etc.). Contact me if you need to book a conference room or schedule a meeting with the Department Head!

Responsible for general administrative management of the department; oversees faculty recruiting, hiring, leaves of absence, administrative reporting, departmental communications and financial matters.

I advise students who are interested in majoring or minoring in Statistics or majoring in Data Science with the Statistical Modeling option.

I can answer inquiries to include, course scheduling and curriculum management, enrollment issues, add/drop request, administrative course cancellations, grade change forms, course substitutions, classroom reservations and degree audits. I also assist students with registration for independent studies, internships, and controlled courses.

Administrative Support Assistant, Events Coordinator

I manage the preparation and processing of budgetary documents for general and research budgets within the statistics department as well as assist with the annual department budgeting process. I assist faculty and staff with financial policy and procedure guidance, process and manage wage payroll applications, and prepare expense reports in SAP Concur for goods and services and travel expenses.
